Synch Phone with PC in Windows Mobile!!! It has to be connected to Activesync (WINDOWS XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (WINDOWS 7 or Vista) via USB cable As an alternative method to activesync you can restart your phone in Bootloader Mode, then connect the usb cable and wait until 'usb' appears in the bottom half of your phones screen. It is even mandatory when you have no longer Windows Mobile in your phone ! if you fail to get into Bootloader and your phone boot on Windows mobile or get stuck on the white screen, just remove your battery, then try again to get into Bootloader. This often happens just after a flash or you may simply not yet be used to this hardware gesture. 2. Boot into MAGLDR (Power On and HOLD the Power Button till MAGLDR options are shown)Boot into AD RECOVERY to enter CWM Recovery ModeIf coming from another ANDROID ROM, do a Nandroid Backup (just to be sure)Wipe dataWipe cacheWipe Dalvik CacheWipe battery (if available in advance menu)Wipe everything you can find !Select install zip from sdcardChoose .zip from sdcardFind the XXX.zip and installRebootAfter initial setup, reboot to get everything settled and be patient as the first boot may take several minutes !Enjoy!
